In the immediate vicinity are the nature reserves "Brutteich und Brutwiesen …" (400 m) and "Egertal bei Neuhaus" (1.3 km). This unique location offers you an ideal starting point for walks, hikes, bike rides, fishing trips and much more. The fragrant orchard and wildflower meadow in front of the house invites you to sunbathe, relax and enjoy. The A93 highway, with the Höchstädt, Thierstein and Thiersheim exits, is 6 km away. In the aforementioned towns, you will also find the nearest shopping facilities. The towns of Selb and Marktredwitz, with shopping centers, factory outlets and attractive leisure activities (museums, theater, cinema, parks, swimming pools, pump track, wave garden, ice rink, ski lift, Schaustein quarry and much more), can be reached in 10-15 minutes.
