Nature lovers also get their money's worth: the cottage is located outside the city and surrounded by natural meadows, fields and forest. In the immediate vicinity are the nature reserves "Brutteich und Brutwiesen …" (400 m) and "Egertal bei Neuhaus" (1.3 km). This unique location offers you an ideal starting point for walks, hikes, bike rides, fishing trips and much more. The fragrant orchard and natural flower meadow in front of the house invites you to sunbathe, relax and enjoy. The A93 highway, with the exits Höchstädt/Thierstein and Thiersheim, is 6 km away. In the places mentioned, you will also find the nearest shopping facilities.
