The holiday property may only be occupied in the previously agreed number of people (including babies and infants). The minimum rental period is always 3 nights for all people.  The minimum rental period also applies to people who are only temporarily guests in the property. A reduction in the number of people after the conclusion of the contract does not result in a change of the rental price. The entrance to the cottage is via a key safe. The pin will be communicated by email 3 days prior to your arrival. Arrival is possible from 4 pm. Please leave by 10 am. Depending on the booking situation, you can ask for a late check-out.
