One bedroom apartment. Easy access to route 15/180

Just blocks from downtown area, hospital, and lycoming college. Easy access to route 15/180. Pet friendly with a large park across the street. Second floor apartment, with private entrance. The space If you drive a foreign car, get your clothes dry cleaned and have no idea how much your cell phone bill actually cost, or are personally offened by a dog hair this might not be the right place for you. In fact, it will probably be the worst place you ever stayed, please do not book it and expect a 5 star resort for $45. However, if you are looking for a decent place to stay on a budget, this is the place for you. We feel this is a great place to stay that doesn't bust the wallet, however that may come with a few stray dog hairs. 😉 This is a pet friendly location and we feel that people deserve affordable accommodations when traveling with their pets. However, it is hard to remove every single dog hair we encounter, as we are pet owners also. We would rather the doggies have a nice affordable place to stay. If you can't handle a stray pet hair that may pop up, please please do not rent this unit. The holiday Inn down by the highway may be better suited for you needs. Guest access Guests have full access to their apartment, with private entrance located in the rear of the property. There is on street parking at no cost. Other things to note Completely private residence. We do have a dog that lives in the property, he is alway on a leash. We also have two school aged boys, so please pardon our mess sometimes. There is free on-street parking. We provide the best wifi that xfinity provides to our area. However, the unit is located in a building built in 1901, while that adds to the charm of the unit it does come with its downfalls. While we can not guarantee you will have 100% efficient wifi at all times, it does work. We have installed wifi extenders in the kitchen and this helps with access. Please note that if having wifi at all times is a priority, please do NOT book this unit. We have had numerous guests stay for extended periods with no problems with the wifi but it does have connectivity issues during peak hours. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
