Nice country house

The house is located in the island of Euboea in a small and very quiet village built in a plot with olive trees and vines. It is a spacious and well-equipped stone house, that will most certainly fit all your demands. Taverns and markets are at 2.5 km from the house. At 15 minutes is Mourteri, one of the top 10 beaches of Greece. The space The house is very quiet and will offer a peaceful vacation to its guests. Its architecture helps keeping it cool during the summer and warm during the winter. Guest access The kitchen is very well equipped, featuring a standard dishwasher and a filter coffee machine. The house is built from stone thus ensuring freshness inside. However all rooms, including the living room, are equipped with fans to ensure additional freshness. In the living room there is a cd/dvd player and a large choice of music of all types. Internet connection is ensured through a GSM-Router with 1 gb credit (suitable for standard surfing, email and messaging communication). A home theater installation, featuring many movies, is available in the living room. A television, transmitting only greek channels, and a dvd player are located in the attic. In the court-yard 3 big trees ensure deep shadow all day long and ideal conditions for outdoors breakfast and dinner. Guests may have fun by playing ping pong and darts. An outside kitchen and dining room with large marble table is also made available with a barbeque and a wood oven.
