We want to offer our guests a time of slowing down, relaxation, and rejuvenation in the midst of unspoiled nature. The vacation rental is located on a former farmstead in the quiet valley of the Brohlbach stream, not far from the towns of Kaifenheim, Brachtendorf, and Zettingen in the Vordereifel region. The surrounding meadows, fields, and woods belong to the farm. The apartment is situated on the side of the property facing the stream and is accessible at ground level via a separate entrance. It consists of: • a hallway with a coat rack, • a cozy living room with a sofa set, side table, dresser, and satellite TV, • an open kitchen area, separated from the living area by a breakfast bar, featuring a new, modern built-in kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, ceramic cooktop, and other appliances, • a separate bedroom adjacent to the living room (double bed, closet, reading nook) with access to the bathroom (natural-light window, walk-in shower, toilet, and sink), • a guest restroom on the upper floor, which also features an exit to the large terrace overlooking a stream, forest, and meadows. Free Wi-Fi and fiber-optic internet are available to guests. 2-Bedroom Vacation Apartment with Shower/Toilet: The apartment is located on the stream side of the property and is accessible at ground level via a separate entrance. On-site amenities: Free Wi-Fi, a parking space, and—if desired—a garage for bicycles or motorcycles are included in the amenities we offer our guests.Despite being a standalone property, the vacation rental has excellent transportation connections (including the A48 Kaifenheim highway exit) and thus offers opportunities for a wide range of activities and outings, such as: • a morning run through dew-kissed meadows • short and long walks/hikes on the “Traumpfade/Traumpfädchen” trails • excursions to nearby attractions (Eltz Castle, Bürresheim Palace, Martental Abbey, Mayen with Genovevaburg Castle and the slate mine) and the wider area (Lake Laach with Maria Laach Abbey, the other maars, Roman Trier, and Koblenz with the Deutsches Eck) Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and check-out is available from 12:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
