Seaside Condo, December Special

This seaside condo is situated in a lovely resort next to Smather's Beach. It is quiet, sunny and has a balcony overlooking a beautiful park with two swimming pools. The complex is gated and very safe with private parking and tennis court and shuffle board area. There is one heated and one unheated pool with tables and lounge chairs. The location is very peaceful and yet just a short distance to Old Town. Please note: The apartment has been updated and has a large flat screen TV. The space The apartment is very airy and spacious with a full kitchen. The southwest front of the apartment has a large balcony that overlooks the grounds. The bedroom faces the gardens and is quiet and very sunny. The bathroom has a full bath. The living room has a large flat screen TV, the bedroom a small TV. The Italian tile floors are new along with a new bed, mattress, air conditioners, microwave and stove . The living room has a comfortable recliner chair and artwork. The bathroom and kitchen fixtures have been recently updated. There are new beach chairs. The gardens outside have beautiful new hammock chairs and rockers plus a barbecue grill near the pool and table area. Guest access Guests have the entire apartment, there is a laundry room down stairs with an elevator. There is parking just below in a secured area. Guests have full access the grounds and pools and recreation facilities. Other things to note There is a bus close by that goes all over the island. Old Town is also within walking distance. The beach is across the street and one can see the sun rise and sun set. The people and staff at the resort are very helpful and friendly.
