The space Indian Palms Intervals is an 83 unit timeshare property located in the Coachella Valley, city of Indio, California. The resort consists of twenty-two buildings with four units per building. All units are 700 square feet with an identical floor plan of two bedrooms and one bathroom, a general living area with a breakfast nook and fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms include one with a queen size bed and one with two twin beds. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. The breakfast nook table seats four with two additional bar stool seatings at the kitchen counter. While the units will accommodate 6 guests, a maximum of 4 adults is recommended. All units are single story and were originally built as resort condominiums. They are situated on a six acre desert landscaped property with two pools and spas, guest laundry, BBQ areas and other resort amenities. Indian Palms Intervals is located within the grounds of the Indian Palms Country Club and is adjacent to a 27 hole golf course, country club restaurant and pro shop. Restaurants and shopping are conveniently located near the resort. There are numerous desert activities and venues within the Coachella Valley. Known as the hidden jewel of the desert, Indian Palms Country Club and Resort is situated on a square mile just east of Palm Springs, offering sweeping views of the Santa Rosa Mountains.Our tranquil resort situated on our 27 hole championship golf course, fine dining in our restaurant, caters to both visitors and residents alike. Unit includes refrigerator, sink, range and dishwasher, washer/dryer. Guest access 5 Tennis Courts 2 Pools with Spas Fitness Center Wide Range of Amenities Guest could get a day pass (for minimal fee) to all the amenities of the resort, including golf. Amenities Complementary WI-FI available throughout the property. Resort Amenities: There are two heated outdoor pools. Each pool has a spa and outdoor shower. The center pool area also has a bathroom facility. There are BBQ gas grills located at each pool area. The center pool area has a canopy covered patio with tables and seating. The back pool area has a shade covered canopy. Country Club Amenities: There is a club house with a restaurant and pro shop, 27 hole championship golf course, driving range, 2 tennis courts and fitness center (All country club amenities are offered for an additional fee and subject to availability). Discounted Golf: Indian Palm Intervals offers its guests (two per unit) unlimited discounted golf card for the Indian Palms Country Club course. Tee time reservations are needed and can be made through the course pro shop. ​ ​ Guest Laundry: We have a coin operated laundry facility located near the center pool area. Coins and laundry detergent are available at the Check-in Office. Other things to note Check-In The resort does not operate a 24 hour Check-in desk! However 'late arrival' check-in arrangements can be made in advance. Office hours are seven days a week: 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. Check-in hours on Friday or Saturday are: 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. ​ * We may have limited hours during the summer months. Please check with the office for availability. Check-in office Check-in Check-In Procedure: Regular check-in on Friday or Saturday is from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The office closes at 7:00 p.m. only on Friday and Saturday; remaining days the office closes at 5:00 p.m. A Security Deposit 'hold' of $150 is required at check-in. You may do this with a Visa or Mastercard, a debit Visa, personal check (US funds), or exact cash. We do not charge your card, we only do an authorization. No refund is required with this process. Early Check-In: If you are arriving early at the resort on the Friday or Saturday check-in day, you will be unable to occupy your unit until each of our resort departments has completed their cleaning and inspection. However, if your unit is available, every attempt will be made to accommodate your early occupancy. Guests are not be allowed to place groceries or other personal items into their unit prior to a completed check-in. Late Arrivals: If you are unable to check-in during regular office hours, please make prior arrangements with the office 760-347-7640 for late arrival instructions. If you do not notify the office, you may encounter some difficulties. The resort does not operate a 24 hour front desk. The best time to make late arrival arrangements is between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m no less than three days before your arrival. Check-Out Procedure: Check-out is between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on Friday or Saturday. You are asked to dispose of your trash. There are trash dumpsters located throughout the property on each street. The blue recycle bin provided in each unit will be disposed of by staff. Please load and start the dishwasher. Make sure all windows and doors are secured and locked before turning in your keys and gate transponder. Registration Details Exempt
