Unwind at HoffenterHof in the center of province Limburg, close to the Belgium border. Uniquely decorated farmhouse. The very spacious living-loft on the first floor provides stunning views over the countryside. Lovely natural garden. Luxuriously equipped for (family)groups upto 12 people. An extensive natural garden and a large farmhouse with a unique and very spacious living area in the loft on the first floor - providing a magnificent 270 degrees view over the countryside. So there is plenty of room to spend time together and enjoy each other's company. Moreover there also plenty of quiet corners -inside and outside- where you can retire to, to have some time and space for yourself. Truly room for each other. The farmhouse is modernly decorated with luxurious bathrooms, spacious bedrooms and lots of modern art (real paintings, not Ikea ;-). The kitchen is very well equiped, with all amenities you could ask for, even a modern espresso machine that also makes Latte Macchiato's that you can drink at the terrace in the morning sun.. The farmhouse is well set up for adults (with nice stove, fireplace outside, large screen TV) as for children (separate playing area inside with table tennis and lots of toys and go-carts, trampoline etc to entertain themselves in the garden). For business travellers (team building sessions, strategy meetings, etc.) we can provide flip-overs, TV as projection screen and lunch catering, if so desired. Guest access Your main living area is the Loft: Living room with open kitchen on the first floor (second floor for USA). In the loft is a lounge area, with TV, a library and reading area, dining table, open plan kitchen and kids-corner. The bedrooms: There are 4 spacious bedrooms on the first floor, all with single beds (box spring 90 x 210 cm): 1 very large bedroom has 4 beds, 3 spacious bedrooms have two beds. All these rooms have place for a cot. A fifth bedroom is downstairs. This is a cosy bedroom with a double bed. There are 3 bathrooms: one with shower and bath, (close to bedroom 1, the 4-person bedroom, separate toilet) one compact bathroom with shower and with good storage for toiletries (close to bedroom 2,3 and 4 (twin bedrooms) and has a separate toilet) and a third family bathroom downstairs with double shower (and massage shower). Bedroom 5 (cosy double room) is also on the ground floor. Furthermore you have access to the sauna, garden with trampoline, swing, go-karts, children's bikes, table tennis, 2 BBQs (Weber-type). We live in the same building ourselves (separate entrance and facilities). Other things to note Note: HoffenterHof farm is not very well accessible for people who have difficulty climbing stairs. The large living room and most bedrooms and bathrooms are on the first floor and thus require climbing stairs. No pets allowed!
