Ideal for business travellers, consultants, students / exchange students, as well as transit travellers, the home is well suited for short and longer stays. It offers high-speed Starlink internet, secure parking, and hotel-standard cleaning, with easy access to the CBD, Commerce Park, Game City and Airport Junction. The space This private one-bedroom secondary unit includes a spacious bathroom and full kitchen, making it ideal for business travellers, students, and transit guests seeking a quiet, self-contained stay. Guest access Guests have access to secure, private parking inside the yard. The unit also opens onto a private outdoor area just outside the kitchen, where guests are welcome to make use of the braai stand provided. Other things to note Bath towels will be changed twice a week (every 3rd day). Cleaning of the guest house and changing of bed linen will be done once a week for guests who stay longer than 6 nights. Please clean after yourself and keep the space neat and tidy. Cleaning detergents and products are readily available in the unit.
