The house is structured on two levels: on the ground floor the complete and functional kitchen, the bathroom with shower and two bedrooms, one double and the other with two single beds, possibly joined into a double. Upstairs there is a small living room and a large terrace of about 40 square meters covered and complete with an outdoor lounge, table with chairs and barbecue, all in front of the splendid view of the promontory of Portofino and the sea of Tigullio. Outside there is a small garden. In the living room there is always a single sofa bed for another possible guest.
