High-quality fitted kitchen, large dining area in the kitchen-living room, small bathroom with shower, sink with mirror cabinet and toilet, as well as washing machine. Satellite TV, WiFi, stereo, underfloor heating under tile floor, separate wind-protected sunny courtyard with teak seating as well. Perfect for water sports enthusiasts: wetsuit garbage rack, material storage space. The garden (with inground trampoline, swing and sandbox) can be used and there is a covered play area with hammocks and ping pong table. Guest access In the middle of the villa district, quiet yet centrally located, within walking distance 3 minutes to the beautiful old town, supermarkets, doctor's office. Various bike rental stations in the immediate vicinity. Cycling hiking trail to the south beach (sandy beach with beach chairs, adventure pool, promenade) and harbor in close proximity. Surfing and natural bathing beaches, riding stables, golf course can be reached in 8 minutes by car in 8 minutes. The Wallnau bird sanctuary with attached NABU station is a 15-minute drive.
