The apartment was newly and modernly furnished at the beginning of 2020. Whether as a couple or with the whole family including dogs, the 66 m² apartment is perfect. It is a non-smoking apartment with a separate barrier-free entrance, fireplace and private fenced garden. As well as a spacious terrace which invites you to linger. Shopping facilities are about 200 meters away. Of course, Wi-Fi and a private parking space are available. We look forward to seeing you soon. The space The apartment Dr. Eisenbart was newly renovated by us and modernly furnished. You enter the apartment through a separate barrier-free (2 cm threshold) entrance. The hallway leads to the children's room and the bathroom. The children's bedroom is child-friendly and has a loft bed and a changing table. The bathroom is equipped with a floor-level shower and a large vanity. There is also a washer/dryer unit. The heart of the apartment is the spacious living/dining area, which is equipped with high-quality furniture, a comfortable couch and fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the dining area. From the living area you can access the bedroom, which ensures relaxed nights thanks to the box spring bed. A large terrace with its own fenced garden area and comfortable garden furniture invite you to relax. Enjoy the evenings in good weather with a sausage on the gas grill or on cool days relaxed in front of the fireplace. Here's what to expect: General: - Free Internet - Parking right in front of the house - Private lockable bicycle parking for 2 adult bikes (This is free of charge, please select when booking so that we can give you the key) - A dog up to a height of 60 cm is welcome for a fee of €5 per night. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, accommodation for tourist purposes is expected to be prohibited until November 30, November 30, 2020.
