Guest will have access to a full kitchen, tv Room as well as an office studio, where you can work from home. Access to a very nice landscaped and lighter backyard where you can do some grill. Guests have access to kitchen, dinner room, studio, front living rooms, laundry room and TV room. Share bathroom with other guest. Your privacy is important, rooms have a key. WiFi and Netflix is available in bedrooms. I do like to socialize with guests, have a conversation but at the same time like to give space to my guests for privacy. My house is located in a nice and safe neighborhood....within Crane Elementary Schools District #13 and Yuma Union High School District. Love my neighborhood! Several restaurants, bank, pharmacy and dept. stores are closer within a walking distance. There is daily bus transportation that can take you to Yuma Palm Mall, or take you to somerton and all the way the the border City of San Luis.
