We look forward to your visit~ The space The apartment is located above our garages and offers a private entrance for guest use. Your hosts, Robin and Joseph have tried to anticipate your needs, but if we have forgotten anything, please bring it to our attention and we will do our best to accommodate your request. The larger bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, large double closet and large dresser, hairdryer, iron and ironing board The smaller bedroom contains a Twin XL (80" long) bunk bed setup, also with comfortable mattresses and bedding. The kitchen features a full sized gas range, full sized refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, K-cups, creamer, sweeteners, tea bags, toaster, tea kettle, pots, pans, glasses, dishes, silverware, utensils, spices, paper towels, napkins, etc. Dining table seats 4. Living area houses 2 comfy chairs, an over sized sofa, smart tv for streaming your favorite apps .There are a variety of cards, games and puzzles in case you catch a rainy day. The apartment is heated in the winter months and outfitted with a window A/C unit and ceiling fans for your comfort in the summer months. The property is protected by a standby generator in the event of power loss. -The apartment is not a good fit for children under the age of 4. Please contact us prior to booking. -The apartment is not handicap accessible. The house rules are simple: -Maximum of 4 people (registered guests only) /No additional guests will be accepted after booking. -Maximum of 2 vehicles. -No Pets -No Smoking/Vaping -No parties / events -Please respect our home -Leave it the way you found it -Enjoy your stay! Guest access Apartment, backyard, parking for max. 2 cars. Other things to note The nearest grocery store is the Hannaford on Elm Street in Brunswick (10-15 minutes away). It’s a good idea to stop for provisions on your way in to save yourself a trip back out. Complimentary coffee, tea and fixings are provided. Please park to the left of the garage doors, so as not to block access.
