Nice apartment on Bjäre with close to nature and fun

Welcome to a home in Grevie in the middle of the Bjäre peninsula. In a newly-renovated apartment, there are 1.5 rooms and a kitchen. You will be staying on a farm with berry orchard and farm shop in summer. There are also some disturbing elements such as roosters and talking sheep :) If you like nature, you will actually live at the beginning of Grevie backars nature reserve. To the beach it is about 5 km. You live next to road 105 to Torekov. Bus stop is at the farm and in 16 minutes you are in Båstad. The space You will arrive at a single-level accommodation with a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m) and storage for clothes. There is a room with kitchen, dining area and sofa as well as a toilet with shower and washing machine. The sofa is wide and there is a mattress (0.90 m) to put on the sofa. See pictures for more details. Other things to note Please note that bed linens such as pillowcases and duvet covers as well as towels are not included. Bottom sheets are on the beds. There is a possibility to rent bed linens and towels. It includes: Washing machine and detergent are available. There is also coffee and tea in the pantry. WiFi and a Chromecast are available. Cleaning The tenant is responsible for final cleaning. Cleaning equipment is available in the apartment. Please remove the bed linens and put them in a pile on the floor. If you want to choose cleaning, there is an extra charge of SEK 750. Please let us know before check-in if you would like cleaning. Containers for waste sorting are available next to the parking lot Food If you need to buy food, etc., there is a nice ICA store in the village only 600 meters from the property. Bicycles Nice bicycles with easy adjustment of saddle are available to borrow for a fee of SEK 60 per day. Ride with tractor and wagon If you want, you can arrange a ride with a tractor and wagon down to the sea at a cost of SEK 495, coffee is included. The tour takes about an hour and a half. In the future, our horses will hopefully be broken in and ready to pull the wagon :). Search Grevie åsar On the other side of the village is Sinarpsdalen. Previously, the railway wound through the valley but now it is a quiet oasis.
