This is a newly decorated area that can be accessed privately, situated on outskirts of London, close to Sutton and Carshalton Beeches main line stations. These provide quick access to London. Gatwick and Heathrow are easily accessible. The Royal Marsden Hospital is close by. Two minutes by car or bus at the top of the road that goes into the hospital grounds. St Antony's is about a 12min drive. There is one double bedroom with ensuite shower room, kitchen and lounge with TV /WIFI. The space You will be staying in part of a family home which is positioned in a very quiet location in the boarders of Surrey and Greater London. Guest access Access to area is by private side door. The accommodation comprises of one double bed room with ensuite on the first floor and on the ground floor, a good size kitchen, lounge with TV and cloakroom. There is access to WIFI. There is no washing machine but you can have access to one if necessary. Other things to note As you will be in close proximity to us we ask that you respect our property and belongings. We are in a quiet neighbourhood and ask that you are quiet if you return home late. The accommodation is only for a couple, no children or babies please.
