The space A single large room, swivel large smart TV, shower, separate toilet, kitchenette with stove and dishwasher, mini oven, etc. The ceiling is completely made of wood with open beams, wooden floor. In the room there are two super sofas, which we can convert very comfortably into double beds if needed. Also a large corner sofa with a stool. In the kitchen area there is a large table with plenty of chairs. Cot with bedding and highchair on request. Linens and towels are included in the price. Guest access Parking in front of the door, private staircase, private bell with intercom and opener, private small smoking loggia with table and 2 armchairs on artificial grass with a view to the horizon! If bicycles are to be stored, there is our bicycle shed for this. Other things to note The beautiful Hagen area is UNESCO Geo-Park "Terra Vita"! In my house there is my costume workshop, we have been making costumes since 1993, mainly mascot costumes for the international market. So there is a lot going on all day on the ground floor, but not much to notice upstairs. On one side of the house is a commercial area, on the other a housing estate. From 4 pm and on weekends, nothing happens in the industrial park, it's closing time. Otherwise, one or the other truck comes by, but that is really limited.
