Our warm, modern and AIR-CONDITIONED (New) house can accommodate up to 6 people or a large family... The swimming pool and terrace are particularly pleasant as well as the petanque court. Close to the beaches 35 min, 10 min from the tram and 20 min from Bordeaux Lac (Matmut Atlantique Stadium...), enjoy the calm of the countryside and the advantages of the city.
