Bedroom with double bed has a 42" Smart TV with Netflix, Wifi access, Desk, and Closet. The bathroom is shared with guests in two other bedrooms (1-3 other guests). Bathroom is cleaned weekly and we provide disinfectant for you to use. There is another half-bathroom on the main floor you can also use. Access to kitchen, dining room, back yard, upstairs deck. We will give you space in the fridge and a cabinet in the kitchen. Guests have access to kitchen, dining room, 1.5 bathrooms, laundry room, back yard, upstairs deck. I am a friendly guy, and my dog Ebony is very friendly. I like to chat with my guests, but I will give you the space that you need. I work from home, so I will be around. No permit required. Uber and Lyft are the best way to get around if you do not have a car. There are buses nearby that can take you anywhere in the city. The blue line (CTA Train) is a short bus ride away. Get a Ventra card (from vending machine at train station & airport) if you plan to travel by public transportation. You are welcome to make use of the kitchen / stove / refrigerator for light cooking. No heavy frying. Please wash your dishes and clean up your own messes in common areas in a timely manner. Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No laundry after 10:00 PM. No guests. There is no oven. There is a stove, microwave, and air fryer. Additional cleanings are available during your stay. Please talk to us to arrange a cleaning for an additional cost.
