Cosy and family-friendly apartment with terrace for 2 adults, 2 children aged 5-13 years (bunk bed accessible from ladder) and 1 toddler aged 0-3 years (folding bed). Located in the centre of city- windmill view, 450m to old town and 900m to Kuressaare Castle. It has sunny terrace with outdoor furniture and grill, yard with sandbox, private entrance and free parking. It has a living room with well-equipped kitchenette and bunk bed, a bedroom and a bathroom with washing machine and shower. The space Apartment kitchenette is well equipped. It has a stove, kettle, fridge, microwave, coffe maschine (works with Paulig cupsolo capsules- you can get them from the grocery nearby), kitchenware etc. We have helpful things for families with children. You do not need to pack up your entire home to come to a vocation. We have toys, potty, toilet seat, bench, books, TV channels for children, sanbox (in the yard). Guests can use a grill and terrace furniture. Guest access This apartment is in the nice new house, which was built in 2017. There are 2 apartments with private entrances in this house and I rent them both for guests. Apartments have common sunny yard, grill and a terrace. Other things to note Kuressaare city nighttime is 23PM-7AM. Smoking indoors is prohibited. It is not allowed to have parties in this apartment.
