The apartment is bright and spacious with well equipped kitchen, good dining area and large bathroom. The apartment is located on peaceful rest road with most things within 4-700 meters. The space Bright and friendly 1st floor apartment built in 2001, with open to kip and a breathtaking view of the city and Svendborgsund from all rooms and both balconies. From the common entrance there is direct access to the apartment on the 1st floor. which consists of the following: • Large bright room with large double bed (180 * 200 cm), armchair and baby bed. From the bedroom there is also direct access to the east-facing balcony, overlooking the city and fields, as well as Svendborgsund. • Review room with a small double bed (130 * 200 cm) and wardrobe rack. The bed can be moved to the large room or living room upon request. • Bathroom with large shower, changing table as well as possibility of connecting washing machine. • Large kitchen living room / living room. Bright and open kitchen containing all bassis elements, here under dishwasher, 4 hot plates, large oven, microwave and large fridge/freezer. • Large dining area from where you can enjoy the view of the city and Svendborgsund. • Sofa area, with a large sofa and TV. • Sleeping corner. At the Sofa area there is also a sleeping corner with 2 single beds that can stand together or separately. Special requests are welcome. Guest access With entrance from shared entrance, there is access to the 1st floor, where the entire apartment is located. Parking takes place in a large driveway, where 2 parking spaces are provided. Other guest parking is referred to along the road. Other things to note There is WiFi with fast internet throughout the apartment. House rules • No smoking, but allowed on balconies. • No pets allowed. • No parties.
