You will occupy the entire first floor (approx. 120 square meters) of the vacation home located in the countryside. Spacious patio doors open up onto a spacious terrace with attractive stone flooring and elegant lounge furniture as well as sun loungers where you can relax wonderfully! Or have a relaxing breakfast and sit in the evening for a candlelight dinner. Adjacent to this is an approx. 300 square meter garden with a barbecue area and grill. The garden is dog-proof fenced and attractively planted. DOGS ARE WELCOME! The space You will stay on our estate, surrounded by greenery and overlooking a breathtaking mountain backdrop, far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, in a quiet and idyllic setting, yet connected to the excellent infrastructure of the Berchtesgaden region. At the conveniently located equestrian center, there are riding opportunities on a training horse for both children and adults. Horseback riding lessons can be agreed upon arrival with the riding teacher. We ask you to discuss the possible availability with the riding instructor. From the house, there is a circular trail around the estate and numerous hiking trails. Guest access You will occupy the entire ground floor of the Pfaffenlehen 1 house, which has a surface area of approximately 120 m². In addition, there is a spacious terrace and an approximately 300-square-meter garden for exclusive use. On the second floor of the house is the apartment of the caretaker and his wife, who will be happy to assist you at any time if you have any questions. Other things to note The tourist tax must be paid in cash upon arrival. This is a tax for the municipality of Bischofswiesen, which the host has to pay to the municipality. In return, the guest receives guest cards, with which they in turn receive discounts on almost all attractions, swimming pools, parking lots, mountain railways, etc. and can ride the Berchtesgadener Land bus for free. The tourist tax is currently €3.10/day/adult and €1.55/day for children/teenagers aged 6-16. Children under 6 are exempt. Dogs are very welcome, but must always be kept on a leash outside the apartment/garden. Thank you!
