A cosy 16th Century cottage set in a secluded location on the Rochdale Way, with footpath access onto the Pennine Way, perfect for anyone who enjoys fell running, walking or mountain biking, which can start straight from the front door. A perfect place to get away from it all. Surrounded by beautiful views across open hillsides. Visit Hebden Bridge, Todmorden and Haworth. A lovely place to retire to at the end of the day. Relax and enjoy the tranquillity. Wi-Fi, Smart TV, on site parking. The space The cottage has a small kitchen with cooking facilities provided in the form of Combi Microwave, JML Halowave oven, induction hob, slow cooker and a toaster. Milk, tea bags, fresh farm eggs and a jam are provided to see you through a couple of days. Homemade preserves and thick cut bacon are available to buy on site. There is a washing line and pegs . The main bed has an electric blanket. Please be aware that our road is unmade and in some areas can be a little bumpy but nothing impassible, it climbs up hill from the canal crossing. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge. Self check-in via key safe. All towels and bedding are provided. There is a disposable BBQ cooking stone and a picnic bench and fire pit. Guest access There is a pebbled area outside the cottage with a bench for guests to use. Other things to note The property bathroom is the en-suite with a shower to the bedroom upstairs and is the same bathroom that would be used by your guests sleeping on the sofa bed in the lounge. At the farm we have 3 dogs but they are in a secured garden area.
