Welcome to HAUS IM SCHILF 1 - The cozy home on Lake Hainer. Our adult accommodation is picturesquely located on the north shore of Lake Hain (2 min walk), in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland, just 20 minutes by car from Leipzig. Open the doors and the large and surrounding wooden terrace becomes the outdoor extension of the inner comfort zone in apartment 3. Here you can enjoy the sun from breakfast to a drink at sunset without losing sight of the lake. The space New and modernly furnished 37 sqm ground floor apartment for private use for up to 2 adults (at least 16 years old). 14 sqm wooden terrace incl. terrace furniture with panoramic views of the lake and sun from early to late. Price includes bed linen, towels, final cleaning. Kitchen with cooking and refrigeration, coffee machines, kettle, microwave/small oven, TV. Modern bathroom with large shower. Small couch (seat 150 cm wide) that can be folded down to a lounger (200 cm length). Bedroom with bed (200 x 160 cm) and wardrobe. Living room with TV. Wi-Fi with DSL bandwidth (100 down, 50 up). Guest access Guests have sole access to the entire apartment. Other things to note Minimum age of the second person traveling: 16 years (child-free adult accommodation). Unfortunately, animals are not allowed. Unfortunately, the apartment is not accessible.
