A short walk from the centre of town with its cafes, restaurants and shops and a 5 minute walk from St Boniface Downs. Our luxurious spacious apartment has 2 ensuite bedrooms with dressing rooms, large living room, kitchen /diner and outside patio. We provide discounted Ferry travel. The space Our first floor apartment is part of Clarendon Villas - a historic Ventnor building that was originally built as a high-end Boarding House in mid 1870 for "well-to-do" Victorians. We are glad to be able to continue welcoming guests in the Clarendon and maintaining its legacy. Clarendon View is a spacious and comfortable home which has everything you need for a relaxing break/holiday. The Master bedroom features a 4 poster bed with amazing views out to the English Channel, not only do you have a full ensuite bathroom with bath and shower but you also have the luxury of your own dressing room with dressing table and again beautiful views out to sea. The large living room not only has the space and views but has the bay window is an ideal spot for your morning coffee or evening drinks. A large sofa bed is perfect for a family gathering and provides an additional sleeping place, if needed. The second bedroom at the rear has 2 singles, there is a outer dressing room leading into an ensure shower room with 'waterfall shower'. Our kitchen is well equipped and has a large dining table for 6 and is linked to a separate utility/laundry room with a washing machine and dryer and a laundry drying rack. Outside there is as raised communal deck with garden furniture that is for your use for sunbathing, drinks , snacks and relaxing. We love our holiday home and try to make it as comfortable as possible for us and for our guests - we hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Guest access The entire apartment is for your own private use. There is also a communal sun deck area for your use and private off road parking in your own allocated space. Other things to note There are both residential and holiday makers occupancy to the other apartments in the building please be considerate in terms of noise . Thank you
