We invite you to our comfortable and modern furnished vacation home in the quiet harbor village of Vieregge. Unique picturesque location surrounded by the Bodden and reed beds. Enjoy a magnificent view of the water with sunrises and sunsets. Vieregge is a small, idyllic fishing village and is located in the most scenic part of the island of Rügen, in the middle of the nature reserve on the Breetzer Bodden in the northwest of the island. If you are looking for peace and nature, this is the place to be. The space Explore the original nature on varied bike tours or extensive walks. The Bodden is an ideal area for all kinds of water sports and is also highly appreciated by anglers. On the ground floor of the semi-detached house there is an open living/dining area. It is equipped with a high-quality kitchen and a fireplace. In addition, there is a sauna with shower, a guest toilet and a storage room with washing machine in the lower area. The large panoramic windows in the living/dining area and the terrace allow a fantastic view of the Bodden, marina and sunset in the evening. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet and shower. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The second has two single beds. In the attic there is an open sleeping area with a single bed. The bedrooms have duvets and pillows. Bed linen and towels must be brought by guests or can be booked for a fee of €25 per person. The fast Wi-Fi with at least 200 Mbit allows comfortable mobile working or streaming of your favorite series. Terrace, garden furniture, in the summer months a beach chair is available. For families with small children, we have a baby crib and a high chair. Other things to note Easter season (03/16/24 – 03/30/24) can only be booked weekly. Arrival and departure only possible on Saturday. In the main season (06/30 to 09/01) only bookable weekly. Arrival and departure only possible on Sunday. The house is a non-smoking house. Dogs are allowed (maximum two). Cats are not allowed. Not suitable for those with reduced mobility. Shopping in the iconic small grocery store in Neuenkirchen, in the farm sale Neuenkirchen (game, meat, eggs, etc.), in the grocery market Gingst or the large markets in Bergen. Good food in the Neuenkirchen Inn, Alte Schule Gager, Fährkrug Schaprode.
