We invite you to our comfortable and modern furnished holiday home in the quiet harbor village of Vieregge. Unique scenic location surrounded by Bodden and reed belts. Enjoy a magnificent view of the water with sunrises and sunsets. Vieregge is a small, idyllic fishing village located in the most scenic part of the island of Rügen, in the middle of the nature reserve on Breetzer Bodden in the northwest of the island. If you are looking for peace and nature is the place to be. The space Explore the original nature on varied bike rides or extensive walks. The Bodden is an ideal area for all types of water sports and is also highly appreciated by anglers. On the ground floor of the semi-detached house there is an open living/dining area. It is equipped with a high quality kitchen and a fireplace. In addition, in the lower area is the sauna with shower, a guest toilet and a storage room with washing machine. The large panoramic windows in the living/dining area and terrace allow a fantastic view of Bodden, marina and sunset in the evening. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet and shower. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed. The second one has two single beds. In the attic there is an open sleeping area with a single bed. The bedrooms have duvets and pillows. Bed linen and towels must be brought by the guests or can be booked for a fee for €25 per person. The fast WiFi with min. 200 Mbps allows comfortable mobile work or streaming of the favorite series. Terrace, garden furniture, a beach chair is available in the summer months. For families with small kids we have a baby bed and high chair. Other things to note Easter season (03/16/24 – 03/30/24) can only be booked weekly. Arrival and departure only possible on Saturday. In high season (30.06. to 01.09.) can only be booked weekly. Arrival and departure only possible on Sundays. The house is a non-smoking house. Dogs are allowed (maximum two). Cats are not allowed. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Shopping in the iconic small grocery store in Neuenkirchen, in the farm sale Neuenkirchen (game, meat, eggs etc), in the food market Gingst or the large markets in Bergen. Good food in the Wirtshaus Neuenkirchen, Alte Schule Gager, Fährkrug Schaprode.
