Maximum 3 work colleagues There is not a television in the accommodation but there is wi-fi This detached accommodation is a converted farm building adjacent to a tradition farmhouse. We are in a small hamlet with direct access to a local footpath with scenic views. Lovely rural location but only 5 mins from the D524/D924 between Vire and Flers To help keep our guests safe we are following an enhanced cleaning routine. The space Downstairs the open plan living area is equipped with kitchen facilities ( fridge, gas cooker, washing machine and sink) and a dining table. There is also comfortable seating where you can relax. Please note that there is not a television in Le Pressoir. Steeper than average, wooden stairs lead up to the mezzanine bedroom. This bedroom is light and airy and has a comfortable king size bed and a single bed. Leading off from this is a smaller bedroom with twin beds. A travel cot is available on request. The shower/toilet leads off from the main bedroom. Guest access You have your own garden area and can access shared areas such as the orchard where you can sit under the apple trees and read a book. Other things to note WI-FI : There is not a television in this accommodation but free WI-FI is available. ACCESSIBILITY: The stairs in the accommodation are steeper than average and are not suitable for guests with impaired mobility PETS: Please contact me prior to bringing a pet as is mentioned in the House Rules BREAKFAST can be provided but please give 1 days notice. The cost is 8€/pp ELECTRICITY: 10kw /day is included in the tariff. Excess electricity used is charged at a rate of 0.2 Euros / kw used. HEATING is electric so please bear in mind that there may be an additional cost to you during winter months. CLEANING: Guests are kindly asked to leave the gite clean and tidy at the end of their stay. A cleaning service is available if required.
