In the region where it’s located, this beautiful building is one of the most unique and attractive example of the Greek Architecture built in 1910. Our building and interior design bring Turkish motifs and modernism together. Our place is surrounded by cafes, various local shops, restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets. The space Our apartment is located in the European side of the city. You gain the chance to be in the trending historical neighborhood: Balat. Balat has been one of the most popular settlements of Ottomans, Greeks, Jews and Armenians. The district was included in the World Cultural and Natural Heritage Conservation Convention by UNESCO in 1985. There are colorful restored houses . Balat is also very close to historical and famous touristic places of Istanbul. Taksim square, Golden Horn, Church of Hagia Sophia, Sultan Ahmed Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Galata Tower, Grand Bazaar, Süleymaniye Mosque, Spice Bazaar, Basilica Cistern, Blue Mosque, Istanbul Archaeology Museum, Turkish and Islamic Arts Museum .
