Alkyona Beach house on the sandy beach, breakfast included

The first coffee is drunk on the beach, wonderful! Our huge grounds with meadows, lakes and old tree consisted right on the long sandy beach, one hour away from Thessaloniki. Here you can enjoy a unique holiday by the sea with donkeys, goats and cats. There are excursions in nature and culture of Greece. The cozy holiday home is located on one of our two freshwater lakes. With fast wifi on premises, you can also work excellently. The space The lake house is one of 10 houses in our 38,000-square-meter vacation village. The huge grounds and beach with bistro are not used publicly. Breakfast in our bistro is included! We do without music on the beach. The house is built of wood, is insulated and air conditioned and can be inhabited all year round. Due to the fast Wi-Fi on the entire property, working on the beach is super possible, including electricity under the pergola. We love animals. There are 6 dogs, 5 cats, donkeys, 2 goats and chickens. There are little kittens right now. All in need of petting! The beach is very flat for a very long time and great for small and large kids. The sea warms up quickly, from May to the end of October our guests go swimming. The house can accommodate the extended family! Guest access The property is located directly on the sandy beach. There are changing rooms on the beach, beach chairs, shower house with toilets and a wheelchair-accessible bathroom in the outdoor area. Washing machine is available (€3). A small beach bistro offers regional , freshly prepared delicacies, with an award-winning wine from the Wine Route of Olympus you can enjoy the day! Other things to note Breakfast is available. Access to the sea is also possible for wheelchair users. We offer you paddle boards for free use. We are open all year. The heat pump allows the house to be cooled in summer and heated in winter. The complex, both some of our houses are accessible. In addition, the path to the sandy beach is wheelchair accessible, and we offer additional aids on request. We have guests of Villa Sevasti who use our handicapped beach during the day. Love dogs, cats and donkeys live on our premises. It is not fenced by the direct beach location. Car hire is recommended.
