Just a few minutes from the sea, it offers a fantastic panoramic views, completely unobstructed, of the natural park and the Montgo mountain that dominates the bay of Jàvea. In a beautiful residential area, quiet and without any road noise, the villa is ideally located at 10 minutes from the Arenal beach, 6 minutes from the old town of Javea, 4 minutes from the Golf. The house has 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, a bright comfortable lounge dining room, a fabulous outside bar-kitchen entertainment area, spacious upper sunbathing terrace with fantastic views of Montgo Mountain, a 10mx5m Roman end pool and large surrounding sun terrace, a pool/games room, a fast WiFi network. On the main sun terrace (200m²), the heated swimming pool of 10x5m, the tropical garden with lawned areas and Mediterranean trees and plants, the large Bali pergola and the outdoor bar-kitchen form a very pleasant outdoor living space. In the summer, the house stays cool, but guests can use the air conditioning, installed in all bedrooms. From April 1 to October 30, the swimming pool can be heated on request (35€ per day - 7 days minimum), which can be appreciated. The pool does not have safety protection for young children.
