Rospark is perfect for those that want a break as a family, a couple, or a base for work. Located a short drive from Wicklow town, Rospark has beaches, gardens, golf courses, forest and headland walks on its doorstep. The flat has its own entrance, a private courtyard, full kitchen, lounge & dining area, and a bedroom with ensuite. There is a trampoline, climbing frame, swings & a slide for kids to use. Or if you prefer privacy, no-one will bother you in your own sunny courtyard. The space There is a spacious lounge & dining area with a pull out sofa bed, and a large smart TV with Irish/UK channels, as well as Netflix, Prime/Disney etc. The Kitchen has a fridge/freezer, gas hob, oven, toaster and kettle. We provide tea, real & instant coffee, sugar and a bottle of milk. Our chickens provide a few eggs as a welcome gift. The large bedroom has a double bed and a additional single fold out bed available on request. There is a newly built bathroom with spacious shower & toilet. The courtyard is private and gets the afternoon/evening sun. The garden is shared with our family and other guests, but please feel free to sit and take in the views, or watch your kids play on the trampoline , swings, slides or climbing frame. Guest access You will have your own private apartment & courtyard.
