Comfortably installed, you will enjoy our enclosed garden and you will relax by our indoor pool. Many walks are possible from the house which is ideally located between the historic heart of Arras (35 min) and the sandy beaches of the Côte d'Opale (50 min). Don't hesitate, this little cocoon will offer you serenity and rest. Welcome home!!! The space The accommodation consists of. - A living room and open kitchen. - Two separate bedrooms. - A shower room. - A separate toilet. Equipment - One TV - Double bed (140 × 200) in the first bedroom. - Double bed (140 × 200) in the second bedroom. - Stovetop, mini oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker (Senseo), toaster, waffle maker, dishes, and everything you need to prepare your meals. - Basic necessities are available (salt, pepper, oil and condiments...) - bed linens provided, please bring your towels - You have access to the (private) pool from May to September at 27 degrees. But depending on the climatic hazards in the region, I cannot always ensure a temperature of 27 degrees in case of unusual cold for the season. - The property has an outdoor security camera overlooking the gate.
