Excellent accommodation for adults and children with only 200 meters to two tennis courts, a paddle court, soccer field and public pool. The house is right next to a beautiful nature reserve and Kattegattleden, perfect for walking, running and biking. Only 15 minutes by car to lovely Båstad and cozy Torekov. Perfect for those of you who want to spend the summer in beautiful Skåne. The space Guests of the house have access to their own patio with sun loungers, outdoor furniture and barbecue. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and microwave. Bathroom with shower. Two bedrooms with a double bed in one and a bunk bed and single bed in the other. 3 km to Bjäre Golf Club and lots of other nice golf courses nearby. 140 meters to the Bjäre peninsula's finest sandy beach where there is also a swimming pool, which also offers swimming school for children. 200 meters to two tennis courts, a brand new paddle court and soccer field as well as a small summer shop where you can order your breakfast treats. Bring your own towels and bed linens. The tenant is responsible for cleaning the house before departure. Vacuum cleaners, mops and cleaning supplies are available. Guest access Guests must bring their own sheets and towels. The house shares a plot with another house. Parking is available right next to the entrance of the house.
