"FOUR" Apartment in countryside of San Gimignano

The best place to spend a nice holiday in absolute relax, in an enchanted natural context, far from the noise but at the same time very close to the most beautiful towns and attractions of the world. The apartment can host up to 4 adults and 2 babies under 12yo. The space Montegonfoli Four is part of "Montegonfoli", a large farmhouse of the Seventeen century, a sort of a small Village, made of some ancient buildings, featured by 1000 olive trees, 2.6ha of vineyard (Vernaccia di San Gimignano, Chianti Colli Senesi, both DOCG), 5ha of "fields of gold" and 9ha of amazing forest featured by a small river for "in house" nice excursions and light trekking activities. The town of San Gimignano is very close, 5 minutes by car, and Siena and Florence can be reached very quickly, as well as all the other attractions of Tuscany. Roma city center (Saint Peter church) is 2,5h from Montegonfoli. Montegonfoli farmhouse is divided into 7 apartments for 4/6 guests and two double rooms, all listed on Airbnb. Montegonfoli Four, the apartment of this listing, is on the ground floor and can host up to 6 people (max 4 adults over 12yo). It has a large living room on two levels with kitchen and sofabed, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and bidet. It features a wonderful view on the surroundings, with direct view on San Gimignano Town and Towers from the house and from the private area in the garden, equipped with table, chairs and large umbrella. Montegonfoli FOUR shares with the other apartments the wonderful swimming pool, the free parking, the barbecue area, the lounge and the laundry, that is a small building equipped with washing mashine, drying area and ironing tools. Guest access The farm is in the middle of a 23 hectares garden; the farmhouse is divided into 6 apartments and each one has a private area in the garden. The apartments share a nice 13x6m swimming pool with amazing view on San Giminano, a common barbecue area, a common laundry and to a large parking. The access to the garden is free and allows to make "in house" nice excursions to the forest and light trekking activities. Before making an excursion, please ask us about suggestions and warnings. Other things to note On some weeks of the Summer, there may be a limitation for the minimum nights stay. If you can't stay for that number of nights, you may always ask, if we can, we would be happy to accept you special request :-) The San Gimignano Town introduced an accomodation tax of 1,50Euro per night per person over 12yo, for a max of 5 consecutive nights (max 7,50Euro per person), that is is not included and that you'd pay onsite. During the early spring or on fall, we provide free heating when the indoor temperature requires for it, for two hours per day, one hour in the evening and one hour in the morning, between 7.30 to 8.30. In some apartments the free quota is based on real gas (GPL) used. When the guest makes the check IN, we'll show the gas counter and the first 1 cubic meter per day it will be free, the guest will pay the exceeding consumption only at the SRP (as of today, 2016, it is 4,50Euro per cubic meter). We provide free WIFI, both in public areas, and both inside the apartment through a dedicated WIFI access point that provides internet to a large part of the house.
