It is a typical country house in the Tuscan tradition with a tiled roof and half timbered bricks. Today the hamlet is made up of: a) The main and adjacent buildings, cleverly restored contain the owner’s home plus four comfortable apartments each with its own kitchen and bathroom facilities. b) The swimming pool, 80 square meters in area, 1.40 to 3.00 meters deep with a diving board, on one side of the large garden.
