The security deposit will be returned to you minus the allowances withheld for any damage caused (i.e. any damage and/or disturbance of any kind whatsoever in the private areas and in the common areas of the building), unpaid services including those optional consumed on site and loss of keys or badges of the accommodation delivered upon your arrival. Security deposits will be returned to you within a maximum of one month after your departure, minus any sums covering damage and/or damage to the accommodation and furniture and objects lining the accommodation caused by the Lessee, as well as losses of keys or objects. The security deposit will consist of a transfer to the landlord's account. ANIMALS Pets are allowed, at a maximum of one pet (tattooed, vaccinated, health book presentation), for an additional charge of 10 euros per day, payable when you book. We remind you that the omissions of personal belongings inside of your apartment, bedroom or house during the release of the premises cannot engage the responsibility of the lessor. - You will peacefully use the rented accommodation and furniture and equipment depending on the destination given to them by the lease and will be liable for damages and losses that may occur during the term of the contract in the premises of which you will have exclusive enjoyment. - You will maintain the rented accommodation and return it in good state of cleanliness and rental repairs at the end of the contract. If any items in the inventory are broken or damaged, the Lessor may claim their replacement value. - You will need to avoid any noise likely to disturb the neighbors, in particular those made by radio, TV and other appliances. -You will respect the maximum number of people who can check in, according to the description given to you. - You will not be able to object to a visit of the premises if the Lessor or their agent so requests. INTERNET CONNECTION Users of the internet connection agree not to download any illegal or pirated content (music, video,etc.) and not to visit any website prohibited by law or that may harm the landlord. Any technical problem or unavailability of the internet service resulting from the internet service provider will not be responsible for the Lessor. As a result, no refund and consideration will be paid. STAY INTERRUPTION Early checkout will not give rise to any refund from the landlord. ASSIGNMENT AND SUBLETTING This rental agreement is concluded intuitu personae for the benefit of the only lessee identified at the head of the agreement. Any assignment of this lease, any total or partial subletting, any provision - even free of charge - are strictly prohibited. The Lessee will not be able to leave the layout of the premises, even free of charge and/or by loan, to a person outside his or her home. INVENTORY AND INVENTORY The accommodation is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, bedding, small and large appliances, audio equipment, and TV. A copy of the insurance policy may be requested by the Lessor. Vacation rental insurance can be contracted directly by the tenant. RECLAMATIONS In order not to suffer any inconvenience during the entire duration of the stay and in accordance with Article 5 (4) of European Directive 90-314:"any failure in the performance of the contract noted by the consumer must be reported as soon as possible", If a dispute could not be resolved on the spot, the claim must be addressed to the Lessor's address accompanied by all the original supporting documents, by registered mail upon the return of the stay. TERMINATION OF LAW In the event of breach by the Lessee of any of the contractual obligations, this lease will be automatically terminated. This termination will take effect after a period of 48 hours after a simple notice by registered letter or hand-delivered letter remained unsuccessful. ELECTION OF HOME For the execution hereof, the Lessor and the Lessee elect their domicile in their respective homes.
