The space The house extends in two levels. Upper level has an open plan living-dining-kitchen area along with a small bathroom, leading to a large veranda with exterior seating and lounging facilities. . Dining table is very large , can accommodate more than 4 persons: could also be a working or writing area along. As such, bedrooms and main bathroom with a shower are on the ground level. Entering the house and living areas is via a corridor at street level, leading to the staircase. Excellent insulation, provides very good sound protection against most of the noise. It is an old house, recently renovated, with several artistic elements.
