Ethan House provides quality self catering accommodation just 4 km from Killarney on a large 2 acre site with mature gardens & magnificent views of the surrounding mountains. The house is divided internally into separate suites as follows - Ethan Suite (8 guests) - Mangerton Suite (4 guests) - Torc Suite (4 guests) The 3 self contained suites are ideal for large groups/extended families of up to 16 persons (plus up to 3 babies or toddlers under 2 years free of charge - cots are provided). Within just a five-minute drive, enjoy Killarney town with the vibrant atmosphere of it's many restaurants and listen to Traditional Irish Music played in many of the bars! Or take in a show at the INEC (Ireland’s National Event Centre) which is just 2km away. Guests can enjoy the company of their fellow travel companions , yet they have their own space to relax and unwind. Please message me if you have additional accommodation needs and I can advise of cost for additional guests. All suites are bright, airy and spacious and are decorated to a high standard throughout. Each suite has everything you need, comfortable beds, modern decor, private bathrooms, and each are equipped with own kitchens, living and dining areas. Below is some information on each of the suites: The Ethan Suite is a large unit on the ground floor that can accommodate up to 8 guests. The accommodation consists of 3 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a lounge and a bright south-facing larger that normal kitchen with dining area overlooking the garden. Sleeping Arrangements: >Bedroom 1: King-size bed and Single bed >Bedroom 2: King-size bed and Single bed >Bedroom 3: King-size bed and baby cot The Mangerton suite is on the first floor and approx 80 meters squared. The suite sleeps up to 4 guests, contains a private bathroom, one double bed, 2 single beds, and a bright open plan kitchen/dining area with lounge. Sleeping Arrangements: >Bedroom: Double Bed and 2 Single Beds The Torc suite is on the first floor and approx 80 meters squared. The suite sleeps up to 4 guests & baby, contains a private bathroom, one king bed, 2 single beds, a baby cot and a bright open plan kitchen/dining area with lounge. Sleeping Arrangements: >Bedroom: Kingsize Bed, Single Bed & Baby cot >Common Area: Single Bed Additional Information --- Each kitchen is fully equipped with all conveniences; cooker, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine & dryer. --- There is a dishwasher in the Mangerton Suite & the Ethan Suite --- Kitchen Utensils & Crockery are provided --- Key items such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and cooking oil are provided --- Bed Linen provided --- Towels Provided --- No additional costs such as electricity or cleaning --- Private parking and a large south facing rear garden. Guest access Free parking on site. Other things to note Ethan House is set in a quiet, super safe location. It's the perfect place to relax after a busy day sightseeing. 5 minutes by car will bring to to the main hot-spots in Killarney. We are located at the doorstep to Killarney National Park, and our location is perfect for day trips to visit Dingle and the Ring of Kerry. Ethan House was the perfect place for family get-togethers or large groups reunions. The Ethan Suite is very handicapped friendly with showers with no lip or very low lips. Guests love the fact that if you rent the property there are 3 separate areas for people to disperse to.. sometimes you just need to get away from everyone you just spent a whole day with… take a quite moment.. do some laundry, read a book! The large kitchen in the Ethan Suite is perfect for everyone to gather…have a meal, make plans for the next day... Enjoy the large window overlooking the garden to keep an eye on the children playing or to simply watch the rain fall
