Located in a quiet northern hamlet of East Hampton, known as Springs, our home is perfectly situated for a quiet getaway! Come enjoy your stay in this tranquil setting, proximity to Gardiner's Bay and exclusive access to private Clearwater Beach. Rental Registry # 23-512 The space Our home is for families only. It sleeps up to six people. We have three bedrooms, two full and newly renovated bathrooms (shower stall only), a dining room/ kitchen area and living room. There is also a deck off the kitchen with a seating area and grill. The house has central air conditioning, a washer/ dryer in the basement, a new dish washer and a new outdoor grill. We also have a reverse osmosis water filtration system for drinking water. Other things to note Please note that there are four beach chairs and an umbrella available for your use. However we do not provide beach towels .
