Guests have access to the kitchen which has a refrigerator, microwave, stove And coffee maker. Kitchen is also equipped with dishes, silverware, cooking essentials, pots and pans, toaster oven, washer and dryer are also available in the basement. Dining room, living room, Free WiFi and TV. We also provide the towel, shampoo, toilet paper, soap. Guest access Guests can use the whole unit except the basement bedrooms and storage room. You will have pleasant and comfortable stay. It is a beautiful good size and very comfortable room, it is a perfect place for professionals or local large employers or business travelers for people to stay long term. During your stay I will try to be there the first day to welcome you and answer your questions. I will be available as much as you need except cleaning house, Your privacy is completely respected. Also available by Airbnb messaging, phone, text or email. Other things to note *If you check out from the house after 11:00am, I will charge the room fee. *No night shift worker. *Please remove shoes upon entering and leave by the front door or carry to your bedroom. Thank you very much! *Absolutely nonsmoking environment. * Absolutely no unregistered guest (include the visitor) can enter the house, for security reason. *Guests must promptly clean up after using the kitchen and laundry area. Special the kitchen sink should empty ,let other guest can use it. I will charge $50 /each time for cleaning lady to do the dishes for you. *You are also responsible for cleaning your own room and bathroom during your stay. Cleaning supplies are located in the stair closet. *Don’t change house’s thermalstat. Let me know, I will adjust for you. *Don’t use dishwasher & oven & disposal. *After 10:00pm, Don’t use washer and dryer. TV sound should turn lower, don’t disturb other guest. *I will charge $20, if you didn’t return the room key to me before you check out. *If you lost key or leave the key inside the room, I will charge $20. *This house is furnished, no more extra furniture inside the house. *In this COVIC-19 period, no visitor allow, if you have visitor please let me know in front, I will charge $20/per 15 minutes or room fee.
