Our guests of the four apartments have an exclusive seat here and are allowed to walk through the otherwise non-public baroque garden. Only you as a guest of the four apartments will find seating in the arbor and can walk in this fantastic garden. Your dogs are allowed to be carried on a leash. Please remove all legacies and make sure that this unique garden world is not damaged. The key for this exclusive use is handed over at the start of the holiday. Enjoy a beautiful view of Langenburg Castle or down into the Jagst Valley. Here you can enjoy the amenities of a historic small town with restaurants and cafes on site, such as the castle coffee and the famous coffee farmer with the whales. Within walking distance you can reach the highlights of the castle area, such as the castle museum and the German car museum. Other things to note Mandatory Tourist Tax:  The City of Langenburg applies a Tourist Tax from the 3rd night.   €0.70 for each adult person per night is due. It will be listed on the invoice and then paid by us to Satdt. Optional fees: Linens and towels are not included. You can be brought or rented: Please let us know when booking. Subsequent requests cannot always be taken into account. Bed linen: €18 per person Baby bedding: €6/per person Crib: €10 Towel package: €12/person Bathrobe: 8€/per person More details: Up to the age of 2, the children travel for free. One-time €35 per accompanying dog. In this house, 1 dog is allowed. Please specify the number in your booking. The holiday property may only be occupied in the previously agreed number of people (including babies and infants). It must be agreed with the agency if additional people are in the cottage during the day. The minimum rental period is always 3 nights for all people.  The minimum rental period also applies to people who are only temporarily guests in the property. A reduction in the number of people after the conclusion of the contract does not result in a change of the rental price. The entrance to the cottage is via a key safe. The pin will be communicated by email 3 days prior to your arrival. Arrival is possible from 4 pm. Please leave by 10 am. Depending on the booking situation, you can ask for a late check-out. Use as a party location is not allowed. In the sense of the good neighborhood, a quiet night is to be held between 10 pm and 8 am. Smoking is not allowed in the house. Pets: may only be brought in agreement with the rental agency and for a fee, in the number previously specified. Out of consideration for subsequent guests, dogs are not allowed in bed, on the sofa or on the armchair. The dog droppings in the garden and around the vacation property must be collected. We ask that you vacuum before your departure to remove the animal hair (swept clean). For each subsequent contract change we charge €30 processing fee We reserve the right to charge a deposit of €500 for a rental to commercial customers. This will be refunded within 14 days in case of complaint-free departure. If you use the house commercially, you would have to indicate this with us.
