It's in the annex of a beautiful half-timbered building and has its own entrance to the house. This entrance will only be used by you, so you will hardly notice the other residents. Also, there is no other apartment in this annex. So almost like a vacation home. Apartment is located on the 1st floor of the annex on an area of around 70 m². Let's get a quick visit. As soon as you come up the stairs you will have a cloakroom and a shoe closet in front of the actual apartment door. After the front door you enter the hall, on the left it goes to the bathroom, straight on to the other rooms. In the bathroom you have a sink, shower, bath and toilet. In the kitchen you will find all the necessary appliances, such as a stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and also a toaster. In addition to the beautiful fitted kitchen, the dining table for four is also located here. In the living room, a couch invites you to relax. Here you will find a TV (SAT), a DVD player (Blu-ray) and also a small stereo system with CD, cassette and USB connection. In the two bedrooms you will finally find a double bed (180x200 cm). In bedroom one, you have a four-door wardrobe with a large mirror. In the bedroom two, you can try a small one way to feel like a walk-in closet. Here you have a miniature issue of it. In both bedrooms you will also find men's service for the storage of clothes during the night. There is Wi-Fi access to the internet throughout the apartment. They have a fixed parking space for one car. Otherwise, there is ample parking within 50 and 250 meters. Only about 300 meters away there is a playground for the little ones. Schalkau is located on the southern edge of the Thuringian Forest in the "Schaumberger Land vor dem Wald". To the south you have the Franconian hills and in the north the Thuringian Forest. The famous Samba-City Coburg is only about 15 minutes away by car. There are many hiking opportunities and cycling tours nearby. In addition, several museums, such as a toy museum in Sonneberg, Gold Museum near Rauenstein and much more. Some interesting ruins can also be visited. For friends of relaxation, there are some spas nearby and further afield, e.g. Masserberg and Staffelstein. Even winter sports enthusiasts are not too short, as there are the summer toboggan runs in Waffenrod and Ernstthal, also of course easily accessible ski resorts, e.g. the Silbersattel ski arena in Steinach.
