House in rural and calm area. Great hiking terrain in both summer and winter. In winter, there's a lot of snow. Great ski slopes will be run about 5 min away. Possibility of fishing. The house is situated in a cultural landscape. The house is an old carpenter, but with a new extension with the bedroom and the bathroom. There is a wood stove in the living room. About 25 min to Dyrskuplassen, about 45 min to Bø, Notodden and Vrådal(Skisenter), about 1 hour to Rauland, and about 2.5 hours to Oslo. The space In winter there is almost always lots of snow, and then you can use the nearby area for skiing and skiing. If desired, you may be allowed to fire in winter time. Once the snow is gone, the forest and earth can be used. The area is registered as a national cultural landscape, and has some rare flower species. It is possible to fish on a water that is about 50 min away by foot. Other things to note We live in slightly steep hills, so in winter time they can be advantageous with all-wheel drive. It's usually fine without it, but the safest thing to do with a 4x4.
