COVID-19 HOUSE RULES: The host is fully vaccinated and requires the guests to be fully vaccinated (two weeks after their second shot) because they visit an elderly family member often. Separate lounge area and work desk for private use, central air conditioning, private 3/4 bath, private kitchenette area for preparing light meals, shared laundry, outdoor deck and patio. Plenty of on street parking. Free wifi and smart tv to be used with your own streaming accounts.( the tv is not hooked up to any cable or dish. It is solely for use with the guests own streaming accounts such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu , etc. ) In addition to private lounging space, bathroom and kitchenette, shared outdoor living space and laundry. Use of garage for storing bicycle. Friendly, but honors independence of my guests. Will gladly make recommendations for dining and entertainment. Quiet small neighborhood feel very close to downtown, lakes, airport, bus line, many shopping malls and great restaurants. Express bus line (10- 15 minute ride) to downtown is just a five minute walk away. The bus lets you off in the heart of the downtown area. Once you are in downtown Minneapolis it is very close to many destinations. I love living here, because it has that small neighborhood feel, but is so close to the urban areas of our great city. Great quiet neighbors. Will provide a printed list of places for shopping, eating and entertainment, and all bus line information. Short walking distance to express bus line to downtown, and neighborhood bus lines. Close access to the freeways Storage space available for bicycle. Lots of great biking areas. 2 mile bike ride to the lakes. Owner has 2 small dogs that will be confined to owner's private space. They are quite territorial and will alert me of your coming and going’s. At night in their kennels they are very quiet and do not bark if a guest arrives back late. Those who love dogs will get to know them quickly and respond to their alerts. If you are fearful of dogs, this might not be the best fit for you.
