Single room rental is not possible. 🍳 Kitchen & dining Directly behind the front door is a charming, wood-paneled kitchen with basic amenities. ‣ Hob, sink, fridge ‣ Dishes & kitchen utensils ‣ Dining table with seating Optionally, the professional catering kitchen in the seminar house can also be used. Breakfast is not included in the price, but can be booked on site. 🛁 Bathroom The bathroom is functionally equipped with: ‣ Bathtub with shower function ‣ Toilet, sink & mirror ‣ Washing machine ‣ Towel rail ‣ Fresh towels included 🌿 Other amenities & use ‣ Fire pit & outdoor seating at the back of the house for free use ‣ Participation in seminars & workshops in the house possible – current offers on request ‣ Seminar rooms can also be rented privately Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment 3 on the first floor of the Seminarhaus Punkt XII e.V. during their stay. This includes both bedrooms, the cozy kitchen with dining area and the fully equipped bathroom. Access is via the glazed entrance hall of house number 23 and a spiral staircase leading to the red apartment door. In addition, our guests have access to the outdoor area at the back of the house with a fire pit and seating for free use – perfect for relaxing evenings in nature. The seminar rooms as well as the professional catering kitchen in the house can also be used on request. Just contact us – we look forward to the exchange! Other things to note The seminar house is located in the charming quiet village of Oberrimbach, surrounded by a hilly forest and meadow landscape. Via the nearby A3 you can easily reach the nearest major cities of Würzburg, Nuremberg and Bamberg in less than an hour. Within walking distance of the house, the Steigerwald begins, which invites you to hike, cycle and ride with its numerous paths. There is a stable with four horses on the premises.
