Bright apartment for 5 people, located in the Vachiglietta district, on the edge of the historic center, that is easily reachable by public transport or by a 20-minute walk along the river Po. Less than 10-minute walk away, there is the beautiful Colletta Park, bordered by the river, ideal destination for picnics and outdoor activities. The flat has two 20sqm terraces, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Turin hills, the Basilica of Superga and the beautiful Alps. The space The 60sqm apartment, with two terraces of 20sqm each, is located on the 8th floor of a building with elevator, and is composed as follows: - Large living room with split AC, dining table and kitchenette. The kitchen is equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, moka, toaster, juicer, traditional oven and microwave. The living area has a queen sofa bed and TV - Bedroom with two single beds joined into a queen, Ikea folding single bed, wardrobe and AC split - Small closet - Toilet with WC, bidet and shower box - First 20sqm terrace covered by a transparent roof and equipped with table and chairs x2, which can be accessed from the living room and the bedroom - Second terrace accessible from the living room and partially shared with the condominium: the 20sqm part reserved for the apartment is bordered by large vases with plants; the remaining space is used for maintenance: in this case, the maintenance personnel access it by an external elevator, without any contact with the entrance of the flat. In any case, the other condominiums NEVER have access to the terrace. Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, indipendent heating with boiler, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). N.B. In the case of long stays (over 30 days) the linen will be collected every maximum 15 days by the cleaning company. Once collected, the guest can choose: - to use their own; - the replacement: in this case there is a cost of €15 for a queen set and €8 for each additional set.
