The villa is located in a very central position in Panarea, about 300 meters from the port, in the central district of San Pietro, a short distance from all the main restaurants and bars of the island. The villa includes a bedroom, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and a large patio with a masonry table, and is equipped with both air conditioning and a large ceiling fan to ensure every comfort. The space The apartment is few minutes from the harbour, restaurants, bars and shops of the Island. There is a private patio and it's immersed in a lush mediterranean garden with Olive Trees and rosemary bushes .This property is ideal for both couples and friends. The "Nespolino" , that's the name of this studio/apartment is quiet although very central. The harbor is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The property is accessed through an a white iron gate on the street, after crossing the garde, one finds the patio of the studio, a masonry table and sitting provides for a fresh place where to relax and enjoy meals. Inside the apartment, the first space is the kitchenette, a door leads to blue tiled bathroom. In the second space a comfortable bedroom with two single beds (can be joined in one bed if requested).
