The space The apartment consists of 2 rooms with parquet, a large terrace, a balcony and a bathroom and is equipped with all comforts, including air conditioning in all rooms, washer-dryer, dishwasher, TV, stereo and others. The bedroom is spacious with a double bed and has a large walk-in closet. Also there is the possibility of a cot for babies. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, table, bookcase and wall equipped with Smart 43" 4K TV. It is also equipped with a sliding walls system that allows you to create a zone of full privacy. The sofa bed can be easily opened and is very comfortable with a its 7 inches (18 cm) luxury mattress. An almost unique feature for the center of Pescara is the presence of a large terrace of almost 30 square meters, equipped with a motorized roof top tent that makes it livable both open and closed, with total coverage, and with a cooking area equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, a large fridge, traditional oven and microwave. On the terrace there is an additional table to accommodate up to 6 people and a sun lounger. An air conditioning system serves all environments.
