We are a young family and we understand how expensive and important getaways are. Our desire has been to offer our place, less than two miles from Dollywood, Dollywood Splash Country Water Park and for you to come, relax, and have fun and not break the bank! Our space is a spacious and private loft-style apartment complete with private deck, entrance, and tree-lined paved driveway for up to two cars. There are a few things we want you to know: 1. We live upstairs with an entrance on the other side of the property. This is not shared space. You will hear footsteps. Guests leave and are ready to come back and tell their friends and family about our space. We are ready to welcome you! 2. There are ceiling fans, infrared heaters and box fans available. While there is central heat and air, there is no thermostat in the studio. This has never been a problem as there are adequate ways to adjust the temperature. 3. One dog is welcome to stay with you. If possible, please crate the dog when you are away. 4. Since we are in the mountains, there is an incline from the parking area to the deck (about a 15 ft walk). Those with mobility issues might find the 20 degree incline an issue. But, there are no steps in or on the property. Our Space: Freshly updated with new Roku 55" HD television in the living room and a brand new Roku 32" HD television in the bedroom. Large private deck overlooking lush hardwood, string Edison lights, bird houses, and breakfast sitting area. The living room/den is equipped with a couch, chair, 2020 Roku 55 inch 4K TV that can be used to access your favorite streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, Showtime, HBO Go, NFL, ESPN, NBA, and many others. Open studio bedroom has a king Heavenly Cloud bed (linen provided) and a large walk-in closet, Heavenly Cloud fold-a-way twin bed, twin air mattress, and a Roku 32 inch HD TV to access your favorite streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, Showtime, HBO Go, NFL, ESPN, NBA, and many others. Spa-quality linens included. In the kitchen are full-size new appliances that include a full-size fridge, oven and stove, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker with complimentary coffee, creamer, and sugar. The kitchen is stocked with cooking and serving utensils, plates, cups, etc. The bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combo with vanity and a washer/dryer stack built into one wall. Spa towels set included. The den/living room and bedroom have ceiling fans. -Smoking is allowed on the private deck. -Consider our place a hotel as far as provisions provided. We provide most everything you will need: towels, all linens, pillows, blankets, soaps, shampoo, hairdryer, first aid kit, iron, ironing board, blow dryer, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, coffee pods, creamer, sugar, all kitchen essentials, trash bags, ice, and high-speed cable internet and the availability of any streaming service you subscribe to so you can watch in the bedroom or living room on HD televisions. >Want to check-in early?
