Restaurants, small grocery stores, shopping, etc. is all within a 2-5 min walk. The space The entire apartment has been fully renovated. In a perfect location so you can walk everywhere. If you want additional shopping, there are 3 malls close by which you can take a taxi or the local bus is only $1. Guest access The small residential community of Grunwald 1 has private parking, garden with swimming pool and 24 hour security. Within walking distance are restaurants with international and local cuisine, coffee shops, bars, boutiques and other shops. One of the best beaches on the island is just a 1 minute walk. All bars, cafes, restaurants and beach bars have free wifi. Please respect the hours and rules posted for the pool area and also be considerate of others with no loud music or parties. Please note that all electricity consumed during your stay must be paid for upon check out. I will read the meter (with you) upon arrival and departure. Other things to note Electricity consumed during your stay will be charged at 21 pesos per unit (subject to change). The meter will be read when you arrive and when you depart. For example if you use 50 units during your stay at 21 pesos per unit that would total 1050 pesos, which is equivalent to $18 USD. Electricity must be paid in cash at exit.
